01
Why it exists

A slogan is no substitute for a format.

Regional cooperation on technology is announced often and happens rarely, because there is no place where the people who can decide sit in the same room for two hours, without the press. The Forum is that place.

We do not promise access to governments and we do not speak on anyone's behalf. What we can do is bring public administrations, universities, companies and support organisations from three countries to the same table, with an agenda written in advance and an outcome written at the end.
