From 14 to 16 January 2027, in Iași, at Palas Congress Hall in the Palas complex, next to Palatul Culturii (the Palace of Culture). The programme starts at 09:00 each day. Iași has an international airport with direct European flights and is about two and a half hours from Chișinău.

Companies, startups, investors, local government, universities and, on the third day, secondary school students, university students and young founders. 16 January is reserved exclusively for young people.

Ticket and partnership package prices are shared on request. Write to [email protected] and you will receive the offer that fits what you want to achieve. Participation is free for young people in the Youth Challenge, and travel and accommodation are facilitated for finalists.

Through the form on the registration page, in the Startup section. Between 8 and 12 AI startups from Romania and the region are selected for the competition on 15 January 2027. Each pitch lasts 5 minutes, followed by 3 minutes of questions.

Direct access to the audience, scheduled B2B meetings, demo space, recruitment from the Youth Challenge, brand visibility and a post-event report with measurable indicators. There are eight packages: Main Partner, AI Business Partner, Public Sector & Smart City, Youth Challenge, Startup Partner, Eastern Gateway, Knowledge Partner and AI in the City.

AI for Smart Communities & Future Economies. It brings together business, public administration, education, tourism, health and security, yet stays clear enough for concrete projects, with a regional opening towards Eastern Europe.

Sessions are in Romanian, except for international contributions, which are in English. The festival's written materials appear in both languages.
